FBAR滤波器
FBAR滤波器:薄膜体声波谐振器(FBAR)技术是近些年发展起来的新一代无线射频滤波器、双工器、和多工器解决方案,在无线通讯中扮演的角色越来越重要。采用硅衬底的微机电系统(MEMS)制造技术的FBAR射频滤波器性能卓越,尺寸微小,适应未来5G需求。
对标:翼尚采用的FBAR工艺滤波器产品,品质对标Qorvo、Avago、且整体性能好于Murata、TDK、太阳诱电。
